Sale of MicroPharm’s Diagnostic Division to Inverness Medical Innovations

MicroPharm announced the sale of the assets of the Diagnostics Division to Inverness Medical Innovations. MicroPharm’s Chairman, Professor Landon, stated, “”The sale of the diagnostics division is in keeping with MicroPharm’s strategy to focus on the research, development and manufacture of therapeutic polyclonal antibodies for use in humans and domestic animals.” The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
